Cancelling a Physical Product Order
Need to cancel an order?
Contact us as quickly as possible at:
Include your order number and the email address used during checkout.
Before Shipment
If your order has not entered fulfillment or been shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.
After Shipment
If an order has already been dispatched, immediate cancellation may no longer be possible.
After delivery, you may request an eligible return under our 30-Day Return Policy.
VIP Club Cancellation
Cancelling an order does not automatically cancel an active VIP Club membership.
If you also want to cancel your VIP Club subscription, state this clearly in your request or use the applicable subscription-management functionality.
