APEXBLUEFORGE offers a paid recurring subscription program known as the APEXBLUEFORGE VIP Club.

8.1 Membership Fee
The VIP Club membership costs:
$39.99 USD per month
The membership is a recurring monthly subscription that continues until cancelled.
8.2 Enrollment
When VIP Club membership is offered during an ordering or enrollment process, the recurring nature of the membership, its $39.99 USD monthly price, and applicable subscription terms will be disclosed before enrollment is completed.
Enrollment requires the customer's affirmative acceptance of the VIP Club offer and authorization of the recurring charge.
Purchasing a product by itself does not authorize APEXBLUEFORGE to enroll a customer in a paid recurring subscription unless the customer has been clearly presented with and accepted the VIP Club subscription terms.
8.3 Recurring Payment Authorization
By enrolling in the VIP Club, you expressly authorize APEXBLUEFORGE and its authorized payment service providers to charge your selected payment method:
$39.99 USD every month
until you cancel your membership.
Your membership automatically renews each month unless cancelled.
8.4 VIP Club Benefits
The VIP Club is designed to keep members informed about APEXBLUEFORGE and may provide access to benefits such as:
- information about new products;
- store updates;
- VIP communications;
- member promotions;
- special offers;
- early-access opportunities where available; and
- other VIP benefits made available from time to time.
Benefits may be updated, added or removed as the program evolves, subject to applicable law.
8.5 Cancellation
You may cancel your VIP Club membership at any time.
Cancellation may be requested through any subscription-management functionality provided through the Website or by contacting:
Cancellation stops future recurring membership charges once effective.
To avoid the next scheduled payment, customers should submit cancellation before the next billing date.
8.6 VIP Club Refunds
Cancelling a VIP Club membership does not automatically refund membership fees already validly charged before cancellation.
If you believe that a membership charge was duplicated, made after an effective cancellation, charged in error or otherwise unauthorized, contact us promptly.
