Our processing may be based on performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

4. Payments and Payment Processing

Payments made through the Website may be processed by authorized third-party payment processors, acquiring banks and other financial service providers.

These providers may process information including payment card information, billing details, transaction information, device information and fraud-prevention information where necessary to authorize, process and secure transactions.

APEXBLUEFORGE does not require customers to transmit complete payment card credentials to us outside the secure payment process.

  • administer recurring payments;
  • process refunds;
  • respond to disputes and chargebacks; and

Third-party payment providers may process information according to their own privacy notices and legal obligations.

5. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

We may disclose information necessary to fulfill and deliver purchases to suppliers, fulfillment providers, logistics providers and shipping carriers.

This information may include:

  • customer name;
  • shipping address;
  • telephone number;
  • email address where necessary;
  • products ordered;
  • order reference; and
  • other information reasonably necessary to prepare and deliver an order.

We disclose only information reasonably necessary for these providers to perform their services.

6. APEXBLUEFORGE VIP CLUB

APEXBLUEFORGE offers customers a paid recurring membership known as the APEXBLUEFORGE VIP Club.

The VIP Club may be offered to customers in connection with purchases made through the Website.

Membership Price

The VIP Club costs:

$39.99 USD per month

The VIP Club is a recurring monthly subscription and continues until cancelled.

Enrollment

When VIP Club membership is offered in connection with an order, the customer will be presented with information regarding the membership, including the applicable $39.99 USD monthly recurring fee, before enrollment is completed.

A customer becomes enrolled when the customer affirmatively accepts the VIP Club offer and authorizes the recurring subscription as part of the applicable ordering or enrollment process.

Purchasing a product alone does not constitute consent to a recurring VIP Club subscription unless the customer has been clearly presented with and accepted the VIP Club subscription terms.

Recurring Billing Authorization

By enrolling in the VIP Club, the customer authorizes APEXBLUEFORGE and its authorized payment service providers to charge the customer's selected payment method:

$39.99 USD each month

until the VIP Club membership is cancelled.

The recurring nature, amount and frequency of the subscription will be disclosed to the customer before enrollment.

Purpose and Benefits

The VIP Club is designed to keep members informed about APEXBLUEFORGE and may provide access to:

  • store and product updates;
  • information regarding new releases;
  • VIP communications;
  • promotional offers;
  • member-specific opportunities;
  • early-access opportunities where offered; and
  • other membership benefits communicated to members from time to time.

Specific benefits may change as the VIP Club evolves.

Cancellation

VIP Club members may cancel their membership at any time.

Customers may request cancellation through any cancellation functionality provided on the Website or by contacting:

apexblueforge@outlook.com

Once cancellation becomes effective, no further VIP Club subscription fees will be charged unless the customer subsequently enrolls again.

Cancellation generally applies prospectively and does not automatically refund membership fees already incurred before cancellation, except where a refund is required by applicable law or provided under our applicable refund terms.

Marketing Opt-Out

VIP Club membership and consent to receive electronic marketing communications may be treated separately where required by applicable law.

Members may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in those communications.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not necessarily cancel a paid VIP Club membership. Membership cancellation must be completed using the applicable cancellation method described above.

Similarly, cancellation of the VIP Club does not prevent us from sending transactional communications that are necessary in connection with previous purchases, payments, refunds or other legitimate customer-service matters.

VIP Club Data

We may process information relating to VIP Club membership for purposes including:

  • creating and maintaining the membership;
  • processing recurring payments;
  • verifying subscription status;
  • providing membership benefits;
  • communicating with members;
  • managing cancellations;
  • preventing fraud;
  • handling disputes or chargebacks;
  • maintaining financial and transaction records; and
  • complying with applicable legal requirements.

7. Marketing Communications

Where permitted by applicable law, we may use contact information to communicate with customers about our products, Services, promotions and VIP Club.

Where consent is legally required, marketing communications will be sent on the basis of that consent.

Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time through the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the relevant communication.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending necessary transactional messages, including order confirmations, shipping information, security notifications, payment communications or customer-service responses.

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to:

  • operate the Website;
  • maintain customer sessions;
